When a User visits the Website and/or uses and/or activates the Platform, Company automatically collects and stores the following information:

However, as parent of such a Child, you understand that you are legally liable for any transactions made by the Child.

How Company uses the Information – Sharing and Disclosure

Company uses the Information (as defined below) to provide Visitors and Users with a high standard and effective Platform/Website in an attempt to enable the provision of better and more effective services to its Visitors and Users. In order to do so, the Platform/Website shall create an internal profile based on the Collected Information, Visitor’s details as volunteered by Visitors and Users’ details (collectively, the “Information“). The Company is based in a jurisdiction which is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the personal data of EU Member State residents. Our cloud hosting providers are situated in the United States, and are bound by both contractual requirements and the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework to ensure proper privacy protections to individuals, regardless of any lesser requirements under US laws.

While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, the Company has taken reasonable steps to ensure that your Information is treated by its affiliates and service providers in a secure and lawful manner, and in accordance with common industry practices, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.
